Our Quiet Hour will be a dedicated time where lights, noise, and other stimuli are reduced to help accommodate individuals with sensory sensitivities or who prefer a calmer environment. As a centre, we will refrain from playing mall music during these hours and reduce any tannoy announcements.
During this time, where possible, the below stores will:
- Dim lights
- Reduce any tannoy announcements
- Turn off or reduce the volume of any store music
- Refrain from any large product demonstrations
Our Quiet Hour is currently in place between 9.00 am -10.00 am, Monday- Saturday.
