Just wanted to shout out to the security guard Ryan and I believe the other lady was called Katie? My mother and I visited Derbion yesterday (11th August) in hopes of going to Hollywood Bowl with my little man, but unfortunately, my little man and my mum took a tumble down the escalators in Next (thankfully there wasn't any serious injuries, though my mum was very bruised and sore after!) And Ryan came to our aid and made sure everyone was OK. He then promptly radio'd someone over (Katie) and they were both very helpful in assisting my mum into the first aid room and got her sorted ASAP, so just wanted to show our appreciation for them and hope this message gets across to them 😊
