Your safety
We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable when visiting the centre. With the continued Government guidance around Covid-19 and the Omicron variant, please see below the changes in the centre from 27th January 2022.
Face coverings
In line with government guidance, we are recommending that visitors continue to wear a face covering in our centre if they can. You can find more information on the Government website
Policies of individual stores, restaurants and leisure operators may vary, so please check before your visit.
Social distancing
We’re asking everyone to be considerate of others and mindful of personal space. This includes when using the lifts, escalators and facilities.
Ventilation
To help with introducing fresh air into the centre we have increased ventilation in line with the guidance from the Government.
Hand sanitisation
We have hand sanitisation stands at key points throughout the centre for everyone to use. We ask that everyone makes use of these when entering the centre and regularly throughout their visit. Our toilet facilities also give access to soap and hot water to ensure best hygiene practices are followed.
Symptoms
If you feel unwell and have coronavirus symptoms, please think about others and stay at home until you are well enough to return.
Please note: as an added COVID-19 safety measure, all our car parks are now cashless.
Some retailer opening times may vary so please check with specific stores before your visit
