To assist the Shop Manager and assume overall responsibility for the success of the shop in their absence. You will support the Shop Manager in all operational aspects of running the shop.

You will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Issues must be dealt with as they arise rather than deferring them to the Manager.
