We are proud to announce that we will be joining forces with Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All once again as the title sponsor for the Derbion Ramathon and the Ram 5 mile for the third year running.
The Derbion Ramathon and the RAM 5 Mile will see thousands of people take part across both events, to raise tens of thousands of pounds for local good causes.
Following its success in 2022 and 2023 The Derbion Ramathon Team challenge will return for 2024, the team challenge will see teams of colleagues, running buddies and friends battle it out to be crowned champions. Open to teams of four or more, each team must take on the full half marathon distance to be in with a chance of being crowned the fastest team.
Both the half marathon and five-mile course will start and end on Iron Gate, in the shadows of the Cathedral before taking runners through the city centre. The Ramathon will then see runners pass through Elvaston Castle Country Park, Alvaston Park and past Derby County’s Pride Park Stadium and back to the city centre for the big finish.
If this is something you are interested in, whether its to get fit, do it competitively or you just want to raise money you will need to be 15 years or older to enter the 5-mile distance, and for those wanting to tackle the half marathon, you must 17 years or older.
