The centre has an attractive line up of famous brands with over 200 household names, including; Next, Zara, Mango, M&S, and Lush as well as an enticing selection of premium fashion brands including Hugo Boss, Hobbs, and Flannels.
Derbion celebrated almost 90,000 sq ft of new openings, upsizes and relocations during 2024, welcoming new names such as Castore, B&M, White Stuff, and Pavers.
Meanwhile, existing favourites Greggs, Superdrug, New Look, The Perfume Shop, Quiz, and Ann Summers all invested in enhancing their spaces as they recommitted their futures to Derbion.
Derbion continues to reaffirm its place as the East Midlands’ premier retail destination after announcing a series of high profile lettings at the start of 2025. Victoria’s Secrets and Seasalt a the first brands to be announced opening new stores later this year whilst JD has opened it’s new and improved store.
The investment by both new and established brands continues Derbion’s progressive leasing strategy that optimises the performance of its current retailers whilst attracting exciting new brands.
In addition to fashion, Derbion is also home to a vibrant Food Terrace which has welcomed new eateries Popeyes, Tortilla and Burger and Sauce. The centre also boasts seven restaurants and a leisure hub anchored by a 12-screen Showcase Cinema De Lux, Hollywood Bowl, Paradise Island Adventure Golf and the 640-seat Derby Theatre.
The continued investment by both Derbion, and its retailers has helped it to attract more than 15m visitors a year as it continues to enhance its retail, leisure and F&B options to ensure it offers a full family day out and remains in the top 20 UK retail assets.
